Requirements

This program is open to Pennsylvania residents between 16 and 25 years of age who have been accepted by an accredited postsecondary educational institution anywhere in the United States.

At least 1 parent must have been killed or seriously injured as a result of a workrelated accident covered under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
