Requirements

This program is open to residents of Virginia between 16 and 25 years of age who are attending or planning to attend a college, university, or vocational/technical institute in any state.

Applicants must be the child of a parent whose death or disability resulted from a workrelated injury that was covered by workers' compensation.

That injury must have caused a significant decline in family income and circumstances.
