Requirements

This program is open to Wisconsin residents between 17 and 24 years of age who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university; preference is given to students entering Wisconsin schools.

Applicants must have a parent who sustained a workrelated injury or serious fatality covered by the workers' compensation laws of Wisconsin.

The parent's injury or death must have had a financial impact on the family.
