Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Santa Maria, California who plan to enroll at a 4-year college or university in any state.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Preference is given to students who plan to major in a field of STEM. Along with their application, they must submit a 500word autobiographical essay that includes information on their qualifications for the scholarship, a statement of their future educational and career goals, and information on their community involvement, including Key Club.

Selection is based on academic achievement and community service.
