Laura Cleaves Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to children of members of the Santa Barbara County Deputy Sheriffs' Association (SBCDSA) who are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to children of SBCDSA members who live in the Tri-County area of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties in California.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, GED recipients, or students currently enrolled at a college or university in any state.

Preference is given to students who can demonstrate financial need through their FAFSA. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
