The Leroy Ripper Scholarship program supports graduating high school seniors of Cherokee or Clay counties in North Carolina. Students who demonstrate academic promise, leadership skills, and participation in community service are encouraged to apply. Students who demonstrate financial need receive special consideration.

  • Fulltime student
  • Planning to attend school in the U.S.
  • Participation in community service, extracurricular activities, leadership, or work
  • Exhibit strong moral character and academic promise Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need.
