The Lieutenant James F. "Jay" Lyons III Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Doherty Memorial High School in Worcester, Massachusetts. Students who are seeking a degree from a Worcester college or university are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who will attend Clark University as well as students who have been involved with Why Me, Inc.
