Requirements

This program is open to residents of Idaho who have been involved with 4-H and are graduating high school seniors or current college students.

Applicants must be childhood cancer survivors or the sibling of someone who has or has had childhood cancer.

If a sibling, the applicant must have lived in the same household and been between 4 and 18 years of age when the sibling was diagnosed and treated.

They may be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or vocational institution in any state; preference is given to students at academic institutions in Idaho.
