Lineweaver Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to members of the American Jersey Cattle Association (AJCA) who have worked with Jersey cattle and demonstrate financial need.

Requirements

This program is open to AJCA members who have significant and extensive experience in breeding, managing, and showing Jersey cattle.

Applicants must have completed at least 1 year at an accredited 4year college or university with a major in dairy science, animal sciences, or dairy products.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need.

Selection is based on academic performance (35%), activities and accomplishments with Registered Jersey cattle (30%), and personal goals that include an interest in and commitment to continued involvement in the Jersey dairy business (35%).
