Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens who are residents of California or Arizona.

Applicants must have cystic fibrosis and be graduating high school seniors or undergraduate or graduate students continuing their education at a 2 or 4-year college, university, or trade school in any state.

They must submit an essay on how continuing their education will benefit their future.

Selection is based on academic record, leadership, community service, and financial need.
