The Liz Colantuono & Mark Sanz Endowment Scholarship is a need-based scholarship to high school seniors, adult refugees, a child of a refugee, or Native Americans who are currently enrolled or have been accepted into a 4-year U.S.-based college or university. Students who wish to pursue a degree in accounting, education, journalism, or STEM-related field are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to residents of Montana, or a resident of Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming
  • Graduating high school senior or undergraduate student **OR**
  • Adult refugee or child of a refugee
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Studying for a degree in accounting, education, journalism, or a STEMrelated field
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident
  • Demonstrate financial need First preference is given to a refugee or a child of a refugee born outside the U.S. Second preference is given to Native American students residing in Montana. Third preference is given to refugees or children of a refugee who were born outside of the US and residing in Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, or Idaho. Fourth preference is given to Native Americans residing in Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, or Idaho.
