Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Los Angeles County, California and planning to study engineering, science, mathematics, or engineering or science technology at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must submit a personal statement, up to 500 words in length, on 1) how their academic, extracurricular, and professional activities have prepared them for a college program in science or engineering; and 2) how those experiences demonstrate their commitment to the sponsor's core values of integrity, public service, and excellence.
