The Lt. Col. William E. Hanna, Jr. Memorial Flight Scholarship offers financial assistance for flight training to Civil Air Patrol (CAP) cadets. Qualified high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduate students seeking additional flight training to receive their private pilot's license are encouraged to apply. Applicant must have completed CAP Powered Solo Flight Academy at Wing, Regional, or National level.
