Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of downstate Illinois (all counties except Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will) who are attending or planning to attend an accredited institution of higher education in any state.
  • Applicants must be LGBTQIA+, allies, or children of LGBTQIA+ parents.
  • Selection is based on academic performance and financial need.
