The M. Margaret Foster Scholarship program is available to students who are graduates of a high school in Hancock County, Ohio. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English or in a related field like written and/or oral communications, foreign language, or creative writing. Students who demonstrate good moral character and have a good high school attendance record are encouraged to apply. Students who receive full scholarship support from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
