Dependent of U.S. Army Soldier (federal active duty, retired, deceased active duty, deceased retired), or

Child of National Guard/Reserve Soldiers on Title 10 Orders for the entire academic year

Minimum 2.0 GPA

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student

Demonstrate financial need

Aged 24 or younger

Not a member of the National Guard, Reserves, or another military branch

Registered in DEERS (Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System)

Remained unmarried for the entire academic year
