This program is open to residents of Georgia who are entering or continuing at an accredited institution of higher learning in any state.

Applicants must be an organ transplant recipient or the dependent of a recipient.

Selection is based on that statement, transcripts, high school exit examination scores, ACT/SAT scores, 3 letters of reference, and financial need.
