Requirements

This program is open to 1) seniors graduating from high schools in the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD; 2) seniors graduating from high schools in the Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD); and 3) people who graduated from an OUSD public or charter school within the past 3 years.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a 2 or 4-year college, university, or vocational/trade school in any state.

They must complete either the FAFSA or the California Dream Act application.
