Requirements

This program is open to women graduating from high schools in Nebraska and planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must have demonstrated a love of writing and photography and be planning to major in a field related to communications.

Preference is given to students who have used the Sandhills area of Nebraska as a subject matter for their writing and photography and to residents of Sandhills counties (Arthur, Blaine, Brown, Cherry, Custer, Garfield, Grant, Greeley, Holt, Hooker, Keya Paha, Logan, Loup, McPherson, Rock, Thomas, Valley, and Wheeler).
