The Marie Hall Scholarship is available to students who graduated from a high school or have resided in one of the approved counties in the West Texas area for the past five years. Students who plan to attend Angelo State University, Howard College, Midland College, Odessa College, Sul Ross University, Texas Tech University, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, or the University of Texas of the Permian Basin are welcome to apply.
