Graduating senior or past graduate who resides in or attended high school in Adams, Asotin, Columbia, Ferry, Garfield, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, or Whitman counties in Washington or Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Clearwater, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, or Shoshone counties in Idaho

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree

Exhibit academic achievement

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students with community service experience.
