Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at any of the 37 Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (including 2- and 4-year campuses).

Applicants must read an article on "The 100% American" that demonstrates the need to develop an enriched understanding and tolerance for all citizens of the human community.

Based on the article, they must submit responses to 24 retrieval questions, 4 required essay topics, and any of 3 additional optional essay topics.
