Requirements

This program is open to residents of Maryland who have participated in a dairy project at the State Fair.

Applicants may be enrolled in a trade school or enrolled or entering a postsecondary college in any state at any level from freshman through senior.

Selection is based on involvement in the dairy industry, academic performance, leadership qualities, future goals, and financial need.
