Requirements

This program is open to members who have completed at least 1 semester or a quarter of study for a master's degree in librarianship at an ALA-accredited school in any state.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate potential for leadership in the profession and commitment to libraries and library service, current or previous involvement with WLA or plans to be active during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded, and need and desire for the scholarship.
