This program is open to MNA members who are either registered nurses or other healthcare professionals with at least 1 year of professional experience.

Applicants must have been accepted into an NLNaccredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in their respective fields.

Selection is based on the essay on their career goals and how education will enhance those goals, 2 professional references, community work, and professional development activities.
