The Mayte Santacruz Pre-Law Scholarship is available to Latino or Latina graduating high school seniors or community college and university students who are interested in pursuing a career in law. Residents of Orange County, California are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to Dream Act and AB-540 high school seniors from Santa Ana Unified School District and to Santa Ana College transfers who meet the academic requirements.

  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, dreamer, or AB540 student

  • Participate in extracurricular activities, community service, or employment
  • Exhibit strong academic achievement
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to Dream Act and AB540 high school seniors from Santa Ana Unified School District and to Santa Ana College transfers with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
