Requirements

This program is open to students who have been residents of Ohio for at least 2 years.

Applicants must be high school seniors, undergraduate, or graduate students who are enrolled or enrolling at an accredited nonprofit educational institution fulltime on an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree at an accredited college or university.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Preference is given to applicants of minority descent.

Selection is based on evidence of sincerity toward obtaining an academic credential.

Financial need may be used as a tiebreaker.
