Requirements

This program is open to the employees or immediate family members of regular contractor or supplier members of the association.

Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll or students who are already enrolled in a fulltime undergraduate course of study at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school.

Selection is based on academic record, potential to succeed, leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, a statement of educational and career goals, and an outside appraisal; financial need is not considered.
