Requirements

This program is open to full-time students at California State University Los Angeles, California State University Northridge, Loyola Marymount University, University of California at Los Angeles, and University of Southern California.

Applicants must be national student members of ASCE and also a member of their university's ASCE student chapter.

Selection is based on that video (40%), academic achievement (35%), growth within the civil engineering profession (15%), and attention to details (10%).
