MFGC/GLCI Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school students in Missouri who compete in the district Grassland Evaluation Contest and qualify for advancement to the state level.

Requirements

This program is open to students at high schools in Missouri who are enrolled in vocational agriculture classes and compete in the district Grassland Evaluation Contest.

If they qualify for advancement to compete at the state level, they are automatically entered into the competition for the scholarship.

They must be committed to working on a bachelor's degree in an agricultural or natural resourcesrelated field at a college or university (including a community college for the first 2 years) in the United States or its territories.

Selection is based on academic abilities, community involvement, and character.
