Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in San Diego County, California who plan to attend college in any state.

Applicants must be the child or grandchild of a Vietnam War veteran who served in Vietnam (dates of service February 28, 1961) to May 7, 1975) or a Vietnam Era veteran who may have served anywhere (dates of service August 5, 1964, to May 7, 1975).

Applicants must submit brief statements on their community service and career goals.
