The Mildred Culbert Kelly & Fred W. Kelly Scholarships – Nontraditional is available to Saginaw County, Michigan residents. Students who have been out of school for a minimum of two consecutive semesters, and who are planning to attend a trade or vocational school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their involvement in school, work, and community service.
