Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors sponsored by active-duty members of the Marine Corps or Navy currently stationed at Camp Pendleton, including officers and enlisted personnel; retired and deceased persons may also serve as sponsors.

Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at a 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.

Students and their sponsors must live within 50 miles of Camp Pendleton.

Selection is based on essays, academic achievements, and extracurricular activities.
