Enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited 2 or 4-year college, university, or trade school in any state.

Members or family of members of the MTA.

Major in any field. Nonmembers are eligible if they are majoring in natural resources (including fisheries, forestry, wildlife), biology, agricultural science or engineering, animal science, or veterinary science.
