The Minority Serving Institution Scholarship offers financial assistance for college to high school seniors, community college students, college freshmen, or sophomore members of NROTC. Students studying for a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree at Central New Mexico Community College, HBCUs, Prima Community College, or University of New Mexico are welcome to apply.
