The Missouri Reach Tuition Waiver Scholarship provides financial assistance to waive tuition at Missouri public colleges to state residents who have been in foster care. Undergraduate students studying for an associate or bachelor's degree at a 2-4-year college or university in MO are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have completed at least 30 hours of college credit and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
