This program is open to residents of North Dakota who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university and work on a degree in agriculture.

Applicants must submit transcripts that include ACT and/or SAT scores, a statement of career goals after completing postsecondary education, and a list of activities and special interests and work.
