Requirements

This program is open to students who are members or whose parents or guardians are members of an electric cooperative and the cooperative is a MECA member.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Selection is based on that statement (40%); academic strength (20%); school and community activities, awards, and honors (20%); and employment, volunteerism, and community service (20%).
