Mountain States Region Korean American Scholarship provides financial assistance to Korean American students from any state who are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field at a school in the mountain states region.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of any state who are 1) U.S. citizens of Korean heritage; 2) Korean citizens who have a valid visa to study in the United States; and 3) citizens of any other country who are of Korean heritage and have a valid visa to study in the United States.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll as fulltime undergraduate or graduate students at a college or university in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, or Wyoming.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, an essay, recommendations, and financial need.
