Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors who reside within the MPE territory and/or are children of MPE members.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Selection is based on academics, work experience, community involvement, financial need, and overall appearance and content of the application.
