The Nathan C. Wilson Trade and Industrial Technology Memorial Scholarship Award program is available to graduates of Millstream Career and Technology Center who reside in Hancock, Putnam, Hardin, or Wyandot counties in Ohio. Responsible students who have good moral character and good attendance records are encouraged to apply. Students who receive full scholarship support from other organizations are not eligible to apply.

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in a field which may include, but not be limited to construction, welding, automotive, engineering, or cosmetology
