The Nathaniel Sr. and Mildred Hart Memorial Annual Scholarship is open to students who have completed 100 credit hours at The University of Southern Mississippi. Residents of Forrest County are encouraged to apply. Members of National Pan-Hellenic Council organizations and the Afro-American Student Organization receive special consideration.
