Requirements

This program is open to students entering or enrolled in an accredited graduate program in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, or hearing audiology.

Assistant programs are not eligible.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Selection is based on academic accomplishment, character for compassion and integrity, career objectives, commitment to local community, and financial need.
