Requirements

This program is open to students who are legally blind and residents of Michigan or attending college in that state.

Generally, applicants must be enrolled fulltime at a college or university, although part-time students with additional responsibilities such as employment or parenting may also be eligible.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

Recipients are required to attend the sponsor's state convention. Travel, hotel, meal, and registration expenses are provided.
