Requirements

This program is open to residents of Tennessee who are legally blind in both eyes.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime in a degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution in any state.

Required minimum GPAs are 2.8 for graduating high school seniors or 3.2 for current college students.

Recipients are required to attend the sponsor's annual state convention. Some expenses may be paid.
