Requirements

This program is open to residents of Utah and students attending college in that state who are blind.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll as fulltime undergraduates or graduate students at a 2- or 4-year college or university.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

Recipients are required to attend the sponsor's annual state convention.
