This program is open to 1) current members of the Massachusetts National Guard; 2) children and spouses of current members of the National Guard Association of Massachusetts (NGAMA); and 3) children and spouses of current members of the Massachusetts National Guard.

Applicants must be enrolled in or planning to enroll in an accredited college or technical program in any state.
