Requirements
  • This program is open to undergraduates who are members of either the National Junior Holstein Association or Holstein USA. Applicants must have a dairy farm background.
  • They must have completed at least 1 year at a college, university, or technical school with a major in a field of study related to agriculture.
  • Selection is based on that essay (25%); personal information (5%); a college transcript (5%); a professional resume of college activities, work experience, volunteer experience, awards, and achievements (25%); and an ad or a personal video of up to 3 minutes describing themselves and their farm/industry involvement (40%).
