Naval Helicopter Association Scholarship provides financial assistance for college or graduate school to members of the Naval Helicopter Association (NHA) and their families.

Requirements

This program is open to NHA members and their spouses, children, and grandchildren.

Membership in the NHA is open to activeduty and retired U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard helicopter pilots, aircrew, and maintenance professionals.

Applicants must be working on or planning to work on an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.

Selection is based on that statement, academic proficiency, scholastic achievements and awards, extracurricular activities, employment history, and letters of recommendation.

The program includes scholarships 1) reserved for NHA family members; 2) reserved for activeduty personnel; 3) sponsored by private corporations; 4) named as memorials in honor of distinguished individuals; and 5) awarded on a regional basis.
