This program is open to female residents of Delaware who are interested in working full or part-time on an associate or bachelor's degree in a construction-related program, including engineering, at a school in any state.

Selection is based on GPA, interest in construction, extracurricular activities, employment experience, academic adviser evaluation, and financial need.
